Role Reversal is an interactive group activity where participants adopt the roles of others to experience different perspectives. This could involve switching positions in professional, social, or educational scenarios, for example, a manager and an employee, a teacher and a student, or a customer and a service provider.

The activity begins by selecting a scenario category such as Business, Healthcare, Education, Customer Service, or Leadership. Participants are assigned roles individually, in pairs, or as a group. The type of role reversal, complete swap, partial swap, or empathy-based, determines how participants interact and experience the scenario.

During the activity, participants tackle tasks or challenges aligned with specific goals such as problem-solving, perspective-taking, conflict resolution, or building empathy. Scenarios can range from simple exchanges for beginners to complex, high-stakes decision-making situations for advanced participants. The AI guides participants on how to act, switch roles, and navigate the scenario, ensuring the activity is both structured and meaningful.
